All 27 are here safe and sound. Yesterday was a day for worship, fellowship, organize for the week, and pass out invitations to VBS and the Block Party.
Today we began the day with a temperature of 39 degrees and sunny skies. Thirty-five showed up for the first day of Bible School. It's an interesting group...all ages. This year the construction crew is working right out side our windows, building benches and picnic tables for the community.
Each year I am amazed at the beauty of this land. I'm also amazed at how different these people we come to work with are. The children are sweet and after four years are beginning to trust us. Today we had many mothers and grandmothers stay and observe. That's good. They seem to really appreciate what we are doing.
The construction crew are making tables and benches for the community where we have VBS and for the community out on the reservation. These will be a visible reminder of believers who came to their land to share the gospel.
Please pray for all the group to stay healthy and have extra strength for the days ahead.
